Regional Appellations
- Jura AOC serves as the overarching regional appellation for the entire Jura wine region.
Yield Regulations
- The maximum yield for white wines, excluding Vin Jaune and Vin de Paille, is 60 hectoliters per hectare.
- A minimum of 80% Savagnin and/or Chardonnay is required in the blend for white wines, excluding Vin Jaune and Vin de Paille.
- For red and rosé wines, the maximum yield is set at 55 hectoliters per hectare.
