Why do you want this job?

I want to work at Marshall's because I truly enjoy interacting with others and have an outgoing personality capable of making anyone feel welcome. I love helping people and would appreciate the opportunity to do so by becoming a Marshall's team member. My family and I have been long-time Marshall's customers and are always satisfied with the service we receive. By joining the team, I believe I will not only be working a job that I enjoy but also be working in a place that I value greatly.

What are some of your strengths?

My greatest strengths are my approachability and adaptability. I truly work well with other people and believe that my friendly demeanor would translate well into serving customers. I also believe that my ability to think quickly on my feet would be a great strength when dealing with customers all day. I am very quick to learn and can often find a solution when there doesn't appear to be one.

What are some of your weaknesses?

My greatest weaknesses include my lack of confidence and timidity. I'm always respectful towards everyone; however, I believe my lack of confidence would cause me to struggle in situations where customers are angry. I am not confrontational at all, and because of this, I believe dealing with angry customers would be my greatest challenge.
