Jharkhand Academic Council Intermediate Examination
- The 2024 annual Intermediate Examination for Physics is scheduled to be 3 hours and 15 minutes long.
- Students must answer in the Answer Booklet, which will be provided separately.
- The examination is divided into two parts:
- Part A: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) - 25 marks
- Part B: Subjective Questions - 45 marks
- Part A has 25 MCQs, each worth 1 mark. There are four options (A, B, C, and D).
- Part B is further divided into three sections:
- Section A: Very Short Answer Type Questions (7 questions - 1 mark each, maximum one sentence answers)
- Section B: Short Answer Type Questions (6 questions - 3 marks each, maximum 150 words answers)
- Section C: Long Answer Type Questions (4 questions - 5 marks each, maximum 250 words answers)
- Students are advised to answer using their own words whenever possible, draw clear diagrams where needed, and return the Answer Booklet to the Invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
- Students may take the Question Booklet with them after the examination.
