Study Notes
- Participation is possible once every 48 months.
- The employee must have a paid permanent or temporary employment contract of at least 0.3 fte.
- Student assistants and employees who already have computer equipment on loan or have already been reimbursed are excluded from participation.
- Second-hand/refurbished equipment and equipment purchased through a credit agreement are excluded from the scheme.
- Participants can declare either a tablet/e-reader or a laptop/desktop, not both.
- If the contract is terminated within 1 year after the declaration of the ICT equipment, the residual value of the provision (including VAT) must be reimbursed to the RUG.
- The RUG Acceptable Use Policy applies when using RUG ICT services on computer equipment.
- Participants must purchase the equipment themselves and are responsible for damage, loss, and theft.
- Upgrades to the standard equipment are at the participant's own expense.
- Accessory declarations are only applicable for laptops, desktops, and not for tablets/e-readers.
