INCOTERMS

Conjunto de reglas comerciales internacionales que definen las responsabilidades y obligaciones entre el comprador y el vendedor en una transacción comercial internacional.

FAS (Free Alongside Ship)

El vendedor entrega la mercancía al lado del barco, pero sin cargarla. El comprador asume los costos de carga y transporte.

FOB (Free on Board)

El vendedor entrega la mercancía a bordo del barco, asumiendo los costos de carga. El comprador se encarga del transporte marítimo desde el puerto de embarque.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

El vendedor se encarga de todos los gastos hasta la entrega de la mercancía en el puerto de destino, incluyendo el costo del seguro y el flete.
