• IIITS is seeking qualified candidates for Lecturer (On Contract) positions.
• Lecturers (On contract) will handle lectures, tutorial classes, etc.
• Lecturer (On Contract) positions are available in:
  • English: Language and Communication Skills (Written and Oral).

Minimum Eligibility

• PhD (English)/M.Phil (English) with 2 years of experience
• Master's (English) with 3 years of experience
• Candidates should possess a good academic record from a CFTI or an equally reputed national or overseas university.
• Relevant teaching experience is required preferably in CFTI/Institution of National Importance or equally reputed institution
• Teaching experience from technical institutions is preferred.
• Other requirements
  • Excellent language and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and help students from rural backgrounds
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and good interpersonal relationship skills.

Salary & Benefits

• The Competent Authority of IIIT Sri City Chittoor will decide suitable norms for shortlisting candidates.
• Salary: Rs. 70,000 (Consolidated) as per the recommendations of the selection committee.

Term of Appointment

• Initial appointment is for one academic year with possible extensions.
• The contract can be ended by either party with a 3-month notice or at the end of the semester, whichever is later.
