- Examples: Running, jogging, trail running, hiking, walking, camping, swimming, biking, fishing, sports (golf, volleyball, basketball, tennis, soccer), games (e.g., "Palarong Pinoy," "Hot Potato").
Classifications of Recreation
- Spectator: People watch the event and gain enjoyment.
- Participant: People join the activity and gain enjoyment.
Active and Passive Recreation
- Active: Outdoor activities involving field and court games, requiring facilities and physical effort.
- Passive: Activities needing little or no physical activity or movement, without needing specific prepared facilities.
Physical and Mental Activity
