Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates should enter the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • Candidates should ensure they occupy the seat allotted to them.
  • Question papers for internal assessment should strictly adhere to the pattern given in Notification No.1805/10.05.2024 and 3416/21.09.2024 for regular candidates registered in 2023.
  • Project work must be handwritten within 6 pages on A4 size paper as assigned by the subject teacher.
  • The Biology examination for Science stream will be conducted in a single sitting with a 20-minute gap between Section-A (Botany) and Section-B (Zoology).
  • Regular candidates from 2023 and ex-regular candidates up to 2022 are to appear for the AHS Examination-2025 with the syllabus and pattern as detailed in Notification No.-ACD/09/2024/3014/Dt.20.08.2024.
  • Practical exams will be held for Science (Physics, Chemistry, Botany etc), Arts (Education, IT, Psychology etc), and Commerce (IT, Computer Application).
  • Duration for integrated vocational practical subjects (IVS) and vocational trade subjects will be three hours.
  • Students under Distance Education will appear in their respective subjects on the dates specified for Arts and Commerce Streams.

Dissemination of Information

  • Copies of the notification are forwarded to various officials including Ministers, Secretaries of Government Departments, Directors of Education, and Controllers of Examinations of various Universities.
  • The information is to prepare various programmes.
  • The notification is also addressed to Collectors, District Magistrates, Superintendents of Police, and is to be published in print and electronic media, free of cost, for the wider benefit of students and the public.
  • Relevant websites, including www.chseodisha.nic.in and SAMS notice site, will display the examination programme for 2025.
