How to perform Wudu in Islam
- Niyyah (intention) should be made in the heart before performing Wudu.
- "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) should be said before starting Wudu.
- Wash your hands three times, starting with the right hand.
- Cup water into your mouth three times and swish it around in your cheeks.
- Inhale water into your nose and blow out three times, but be careful not to inhale too much water.
- Wash your face three times, spreading your hands from your right ear to the left and from the hairline to the chin.
- Wash your lower arms from wrists to elbows, leaving no part dry.
- Clean your head once from the forehead to the back and then again from the back of the head to the forehead.
- Use your thumb to clean behind your ears from the bottom upward.
- Wash both feet up to the ankles, and use your pinky finger to clean between each toe.
- Memorize the order of the steps to perform Wudu accurately.
- Nullified Wudu requires repeating the process before praying, and after intercourse, Ghusul must be performed.
