What is Hotworx?

Hotworx is a 24 hour infrared fitness studio where workouts are inside an infrared sauna and virtually led.

What is infrared?

Infrared is a type of light energy that penetrates your skin 1 1/2 inches and strengthens the regenerative process in the human body.

What types of workouts do we offer?

Isometric and HIIT.

What is isometric exercise?

How do I access the studio after hours?

How do I schedule and cancel my classes?

How long is the membership commitment?

How do I cancel?

What is the 3-day right to cancel?

What is the program installment?

How many methods of payment do you have to have on the account?

What happens if their payment bounces?

How many months can I freeze my account for?

What are the member rules?

What is the guest policy?

Class scheduling and cancellations are done through the Hotworx app, with classes bookable up to 3 days in advance.
Membership commitment is for 90 days, with a cancellation notice of 60 days required or a $99 fee for immediate cancellation.
Members have the right to cancel within 3 business days of signup.

Payment Information

Requires two forms of payment on file; failing to provide this incurs a $5 monthly fee.

Account Management

Accounts can be frozen for up to 3 months for a fee of $9 per month.
