Value Education
- Human values can be understood through a process of self-discovery, as they are potentially present in every human being.
- The process of Value Education involves self-exploration, not giving sermons or telling dos and don'ts.
- Students should be encouraged to verify truth and reality on their own right.
Self-Exploration
- Self-exploration involves a dialogue between the teacher and student, and eventually within the student themselves.
- It involves discovering one's natural acceptance, becoming aware of "what I am", and making efforts to ensure harmony and happiness within.
- Self-exploration is necessary to avoid being programmed by others and to be able to decide on one's own right.
Priorities
