Higher Secondary Education Internal Assessment, Project, and Practical Examinations 2025
- The Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has announced the schedule for Internal Assessment, Project, and Practical Examinations for the Annual Higher Secondary Examinations 2025.
- The examinations will be conducted from December 23, 2024, to January 12, 2025, in all affiliated Higher Secondary Schools/Colleges.
- The Internal Assessment for all non-practical subjects in Science, Arts, Commerce, and Vocational streams will be conducted on December 23 and 30, 2024.
- The Project Evaluation and Viva-voce for Commerce stream subjects will be conducted on December 23 and 30, 2024.
- The Practical Examinations for various subjects will be conducted from January 2 to 12, 2025.
- The examination schedule includes subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Electronics, Computer Science, Bio-technology, Statistics, Geography, Geology, Information Technology, Education, Psychology, Anthropology, Indian Music, Home Science, and more.
- The examination will be conducted under CCTV surveillance, and centers are required to ensure its functionality during the examination.
- Students should report to the examination center 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination and enter the examination hall 15 minutes before the start of the examination.
- Project evaluation and viva-voce for the Commerce stream will be conducted in groups of a minimum of 24 students, with each group's evaluation completed within two hours.
- The subject teacher will conduct the project evaluation and viva-voce, and external examiners will not be involved.
- Project work should be handwritten by students, within a maximum of 6 pages (A4 size paper) on assigned topics from the prescribed syllabus.
- The detailed programme for the Annual Higher Secondary (Theory) examination will be notified later.
- Candidates are advised to check the Council website (www.chseodisha.nic.in) for updates.
