- Development, redevelopment, engineering operations, additions, repairs, renovations (including painting, replacements, or plastering), or demolition of listed buildings, precincts, or natural features are prohibited without prior written permission from the Authority.
- The Authority must consult a committee, but can overrule its advice in exceptional situations.
- The committee must invite public suggestions for demolition or major alterations/additions.
- Owners can appeal to the DRC (Development Review Committee) if their development application is rejected or approved with conditions that prevent them from using the allowable FSI (Floor Space Index).
- The utilization of TDR (Transfer of Development Rights) must follow TDR Regulations.
