Gym Membership Rules and Guidelines

Membership Details

• Family memberships include two adults in the same household and their children under 26 living at home.
• Single memberships are available to individuals 21 years of age and older.
• Fitness memberships grant access to club facilities, excluding tennis and pickleball.

Club Hours

• Weekday hours are 4:45 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Weekend hours are 6:45 AM to 10:00 PM.

Guest Policy

• All memberships include unlimited guests.
• Guests may visit the club no more than once a month.
• Members must register their guests before each visit.
• Guests must be accompanied by a member and sign in.

Tennis Rules

• Appropriate tennis attire, including tennis shoes and shirts, is required for all members and guests.
• Only 3 tennis balls may be used per court.

Tennis Guests

• Tennis guests are only permitted on reserved courts.
• There is a $40 indoor guest fee from October to April.

Challenge Courts

• Indoor courts 11 and 12 are Challenge Courts on weekdays from 11:30 AM until closing, and all day on weekends.
• Outdoor courts 1 and 2 are Challenge Courts all day on weekends.
• Only members can play on challenge courts.
• To get on the waiting list for indoor challenge courts, sign up in the café.
• The waiting list for outdoor courts is on the blackboard.
• Only one person can sign up at a time, and the person before or after your name will be your partner.
• Play one set, no-ad, with a tiebreaker at 6-all.
• If fewer than 4 members are waiting, the winners can play a second match.
• If 4 or more members are waiting, all players must leave the court.

Fitness Rules

• Children under 14 are not allowed in the Fitness Center unless accompanied by a trainer or parent.

Swimming Pools

• Children under 14 must be accompanied, supervised, and always controlled by parents.
• Children over 12 can use the outdoor pool only if accompanied by an adult or when a lifeguard is on duty.
• Children under 5 are not allowed in the jacuzzi.
• Lanes 2, 3, and 4 are reserved for lap swimming and can be shared by 2 people.
• When sharing a lane, inform the other person before jumping in.
• Pools are cleaned daily.
• The indoor pool temperature is 82 degrees.
• The outdoor pool temperature is 85 degrees.
• The indoor pool is 25 meters long.
• The outdoor pool is 17.5 meters long.
• The indoor pool is saline but still has chlorine.
• The outdoor pool is chlorinated.

Club Rules

• Family fitness memberships cannot purchase house guest passes for the week to include tennis; fitness memberships can only use the fitness and swim facilities
• Members' private information (address, phone number, etc.) is not provided to other members; instead, staff can offer to pass along contact information to the member.
• Employees should not take space away from dues-paying members.
• Employees need to stay aware of member demand and be prepared to exit a machine, lane, or court.
• When possible leave a machine, one lane, or one court open at all times.
• If a member has a billing issue and needs immediate assistance, that can only be provided by a manager on duty.
• Inform the member that you will ensure the matter is addressed as soon as possible and provide Jodie's email.
