Road Works and Traffic Control
- Special signs may be used during road works or when the road surface is temporarily restricted.
- Lines on road surfaces can indicate:
- Where vehicular traffic should not proceed when required to stop.
- The course of direction for vehicular traffic.
- Lanes for traffic.
- Proximity of street refugees and fire hydrants.
- Crossing places for pedestrians.
- Parking restrictions and bus stops.
Light Signals
- Light signals can be used to indicate when pedestrians should or should not cross the road.
- Red and green lights only are used for pedestrian signals, with "DON'T WALK" on red lights and "WALK" on green lights.
- Light signals for vehicular traffic have three colors: red, amber, and green.

Stop Lines
