Result Correction Guidelines for Learners

Result corrections apply to the Secondary and Senior Secondary Public Examination results of October/November 2023.
Corrections must be requested within 30 days of the Result Declaration, which is on December 26, 2023.
A fee of Rs. 50 is required for each correction request.

Application Process

Log into the student portal at https://sdmis.nios.ac.in.
Click on the “Apply” link on the Result Correction tile.
Select the subject for which correction is needed.
Choose the type of correction from the following options:
- Practical marks not included in the result
- TMA marks not included in the result
- TOC marks not included in the result
- Marked ABSENT in Theory

Payment Procedure

After selecting the correction type, choose a Payment Gateway to pay the processing fee.
Each type of correction requires a separate payment of Rs. 50.
After successful payment, learners have the option to obtain a payment receipt.
Track the status of the correction request by clicking on the “My Request” option on the Result Correction tile.

Receipt and Confirmation

To view or print the fee payment receipt, click on the icon in the Action column under “My Request.”
Ensure to keep the fee payment receipt for records.
