Area of Triangles

• Formula: A = (b * h) / 2, where A is the area, b is the base, and h is the height
• The base and height must be perpendicular to each other
• Can be used to find the area of any triangle, including right triangles, oblique triangles, and scalene triangles

Perimeter of Polygons

• The perimeter of a polygon is the distance around the polygon
• Formula: P = a + b + c + ..., where P is the perimeter and a, b, c, etc. are the lengths of the sides

Rectangle Area

• Formula: A = l * w, where A is the area, l is the length, and w is the width

Circle Circumference

• The circumference of a circle is the distance around the circle
• Formula: C = 2 * π * r, where C is the circumference, π is a mathematical constant approximately equal to 3.14, and r is the radius
• Can be used to find the circumference of any circle

Surface Area of Prisms

• The surface area of a prism is the total area of all its faces
• Formula: SA = 2 * (lw + lh + wh), where SA is the surface area, l is the length, w is the width, and h is the height
• Applies to all types of prisms, including rectangular prisms, triangular prisms, and pentagonal prisms
