CAP Chair Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with Towson University’s Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) CAP Guidelines.
- Report chapter progress during General Body Meetings (GBM) and Executive Board meetings.
- Attend CAP Training at semester start or appoint a delegate if unable to attend.
- Present semester achievements to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at semester end.
Main Duties

- Conduct and present the CAP Presentation during the last week of classes before finals.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collect evidence of chapter events through photos, minutes, and presentations.
- Collaborate with various chairs to assemble records within the CAP folder.
- Engage specific committee chairs to complete relevant CAP sections:
- Treasurer: Chapter Management and Financial Management.
- Initiate Advisors: Membership Development and New Member Retention.
- Diversity Chair: Membership Development, Social Justice Workshops, and Diversity Programming.
- Service Chair: Community Involvement and Community Service.
- Philanthropy Chair: Community Involvement and Philanthropy.
- Social Chair: Community Involvement focusing on Alcohol-Free events.
- Alumni Chair: Community Involvement and Alumni Relations.
