    Cancellation Policies

    • Early cancellations (up to 12 hours before): Cancellations made up to 12 hours before class start are only permitted online. Class passes will be credited. Reception cannot process cancellations.
    • Late cancellations (within 12 hours): Cancellations within 12 hours of class start are not eligible for a refund or credit to the class pass. If a member cancels late or doesn't attend they will be charged £10 per session.
    • No-shows: No-shows will result in a £10 charge per session.
    • CORE class pack participants: Canceling late will result in forfeiture of the class.
    • 5-minute rule: Students must sign into class at least 5 minutes before the start of the class. If not signed in, space will be available for drop-ins.
    • Late arrival: Arriving 5 minutes or later after the class start will be considered a late cancellation and class attendance will be denied.
    • Check-in: Students must check-in at the front desk before class. Failure to do so will result in a no-show charge.
    • Membership suspension: Members on a CORE all-access membership who no-show or cancel late 3 times in a month may have their online booking suspended for a month.

    • Refunds (less than 28 days): No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the start date, unless the course is full and another student can take the spot, the student is sick/injured/pregnant with a doctor's note, or the course/workshop is canceled. Specific cases will have discounted fees of 20% + VAT applied.
    • Cancellation of course/workshop: If a course/workshop is cancelled, the student will be offered either a cash refund, or the option of deferring to another alternative course/workshop.

    Additional Notes

    • Transport cancellations: No refunds are available for cancelled transport (trains, planes). Participants should acquire relevant travel insurance as a precaution.
    • Refund time limit: Refunds are not issued retrospectively (after the event). A 24-hour response will be required for consideration. If no communication is received, no refunds may be possible
    • Workshop cancellation: The provider reserves the right to cancel a workshop for any reason, such as insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund if applicable.
