- To complete a check, locate the respective Unit in Check It, which lists Daily Checkoff and dedicated checks for Weekly checks on Wednesday and Pump Backflush.
- The digital checkoff aims to improve maintenance process and inventory controls, and is part of a comprehensive plan to enhance equipment carried on apparatus.
Equipment Relocation and Updates
- Fluids, except for regular gasoline and mixed fuel, are removed from apparatus and stored in the flammables cabinet at the station.
- Motor oil, bar oil, etc. are now kept at the station, not on the apparatus.
- Aerial apparatus are reconfigured to improve functionality for truck company and support operations.
- Hose lines remain to maintain multifunctional capabilities.
