Field Measure Tickets

- Full scope of work must contain:
- What the customer currently has

- The party responsible for the work
Field Measure Tickets 99503
- It is imperative information is written into the ticket under SKU 99503
- The reports generated will contain all information and notes in the ticket
- 99053 lines can be used to break up information that can be added to the same ticket
Important Information to remember
- Tickets cannot be dated until field measure pricing is received and confirmed
- When multiple items require attention or additional information, dating the ticket is avoided until pricing is confirmed to avoid confusion
- If a second Field Measure is required, it must be scheduled with ScheduleJobs under a second ticket
Trim Ring Protocol 00403
- If a Stromberg Trim Ring is needed on a project it will be noted on the FM result under SKU 00403, often stating “Order when paid, prior to install”.
- When the customer has paid includes a trim ring, an email is sent to [email protected] to order the trim ring
- The email subject line must contain the customer last name, product ticket number, and note the order is paid and the trim ring is to be ordered
- Once the trim ring is in stock, an email must be sent to the store and salesman to confirm the order is okay to date
- Orders cannot be dated prior this confirmation email
Whit Protocol
- Some models will require electrical service
- Whether it be to run a new electrical line, changing breakers, upgrading the existing electrical line, or verifying existing electrical specifications.
- The electrician “Whit” may visit the job site to gather additional information, outside of what FM techs are able to gather
- A scope of work must include a statement that the customer is aware of a second trip by an electrician to negate confusions and delays
- It confirms the customer is okay with modifying their electric
- This additional measure service is at no additional charge, apart from the standard FM pricing.
- Whit can be sent out at the time of Field Measure WITH techs for a fee of $100.00

- WHIT is licensed to work in Maryland, Virginia and The District of Columbia
- Pro Homes is licensed to work in Maryland, Virginia and The District of Columbia
Virtual Field Measure (VFM)

Virtual Field Measurement for Drop Offs
- Drop off inquiries must be submitted through JotForm
- The information required is:
- Photos of parking area, route into home/space of drop off
- All model numbers being dropped off
- A description in the scope of work containing model numbers, drop off locations, pertinent project information
Reprice Inquiry
- Customers can occasionally change their mind or request for a reprice for additional options
- Send the email to [email protected] with:
- Customer LAST name and TICKET number ONLY in the subject line
- Description of the request
- Model numbers to be priced as it pertains to the customer's request
- Responses may take up to 48 hours
- Avoid additional emails regarding the same request to avoid inbox clutter and confusion
Schedule Jobs
- Projects need specific installers or personnel to complete the install
- "SCHEDULE JOBS" will be noted at the bottom of the Field Measure result
- Indicate the ticket must be sent to Schedule Jobs to date the job
- The email to Schedule Jobs needs to contain details about the individual to be sent to the jobsite and why
Emails
- Emails must include the customer's last name and FM ticket number in the subject
- Reprices, questions and inquiries, whit scheduling and trim ring orders
- schedulejobs@: Contains Schedule Job information in the body of the email is to be sent to schedulejobs@
- groupdelivery@: All general questions and concerns must be sent to groupdelivery@ with subject line that contains customer's last name and FM ticket
