Employee Well-being

• Basketball Corporate Team: Fattal's basketball team reached the semi-finals in the Inter-Company Co-League tournament, promoting physical activity and team bonding.
• Football Corporate Team: The company has initiated a new football team, with try-outs and training sessions.

Collaboration with Injaz: Career Clinic

• The CSR department re-launched its collaboration with Injaz after a hiatus due to COVID-19.
• The Career Clinic initiative provided university students with valuable insights into the sectors Fattal operates in.
• The event featured senior management speakers from Fattal, including Suzy Atchabahian, Mirna Mnayyar, Sally Armaly, Talal Hakim, and Lena Abi Farah, who shared their expertise.

Volunteering Wednesdays

• Volunteering Wednesdays are back in collaboration with Cuisine de Mariam after a three-year hiatus.
• Fattal colleagues from each department help prepare, pack, and serve food at Cuisine de Mariam in Karantina every Wednesday.
• Cuisine de Mariam serves over 1,500 hot meals daily to those in need, including prisoners and NGOs.

Nutrition Awareness Event

• The CSR department organized a nutrition event in partnership with Bledina, targeting new and soon-to-be mothers with children aged 0 to 3.
• The event aimed to raise awareness around the importance of healthy nutrition for Lebanese children.
• Dr. Antoine Emile Farah led the informative session, covering topics such as general nutrition principles, breastfeeding, types of milk, snacks, and essential nutrients.
• The event emphasized the importance of healthy nutrition for children's growth, brain development, and learning, and provided guidance on affordable, nutritious food options.
