- After Base Maintenance, complete Certificate to Release to Service form is created, entry in log book per Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order Part 145 is created, aircraft is fit for release to service, and certificate is issued
Requirements for Certificate
- Regulatory References are contained in RSQCM (Section 12.12) and varied by OTAR Part 43.105
- Recognized Regulation: Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order (AN(OT)O), Articles 32 and 34
- Certificate Wording includes work carried out per AN(OT)O Part 145 and aircraft being fit for release to service
Maintenance Records
- Maintenance records must adhere to OTAR Part 39 Subpart D and also comply with OTAR Part 43.57
- Liaison with OTAR Part 39 includes ensuring clear Work Orders are received and transmitting maintenance records including specific findings
Operators Specific Maintenance Requirements
