Physical Development

• This area focuses on fine and gross motor skills, physical coordination, health and well-being, and healthy eating habits.
• Physical activity and healthy eating play a crucial role in a child's physical development as well as cognitive ability.
• Fine motor skills are critical for tasks like writing and drawing.

Literacy
