Trichiasis with Entropion
- Trichiasis with entropion can be treated by diverting the lashes away from the ocular surface.
Entropion
- Entropion can occur due to mechanical causes, such as chalazion of the lower eyelid, leading to infection (hordeolum internum).
- In cases of chalazion of the upper eyelid, entropion can cause visual affliction through mechanical ptosis.
Types of Entropion
