Optics
Optics studies light and its interactions with various materials. Quantum Mechanics
Quantum physics is concerned with matter and energy on an atomic scale, where particles behave in unintuitive ways. Atomic theory postulates that everything consists of tiny building blocks called atoms. However, according to the principles of quantum mechanics, these seemingly stable entities display bizarre characteristics such as superposition, entanglement, tunneling, wave-particle duality, and uncertainty principle. Electromagnetism
