Biochemistry

This interdisciplinary subject tackles macromolecular structures, functions, synthesis, degradation, regulation, and interactions among biological molecules such as proteins (enzymes), nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), lipids, polysaccharides, and vitamins. Analytical Chemistry

Analytical chemistry deals with devising methods and techniques to identify, quantify, and separate various components present in a given sample. Its practical application ranges from environmental testing to quality control in food production, forensics, clinical diagnostics, and drug discovery.
