Treatment Procedure

  • Assess guest's cervical crease and comfort, minimize if possible.
  • Separate legs with gentle rocking and stretching.
  • Use warm towels to cleanse feet.
  • Apply 6 drops of Lavender to non-dominant hand, use dominant hand to pass over foot soles, hold arch for 5 seconds.
  • Thai walk up and down lumbar spine, energy cup feet, move to head of table.

Applying Oils

  • Apply Balancing Oil from sacrum to occipital ridge.
  • Apply Thyme oil, 3-5 drops, feathering up the spine 3 times.
  • Apply Basil oil, 3-5 drops, feathering up the spine 3 times.
  • Apply Cypress oil, 3-5 drops, feathering up the spine 3 times.
  • Work with fingers/knuckles on the spine from lower back, up, repeat 3 times.
  • Apply Birch oil, 3-5 drops, feather up gently 3 times.
  • Place both thumbs on either spine side in lower back, roll and circle to head, repeat 3 times.
  • Apply Marjoram, 3-5 drops, spread across the muscles, feather up 3 times.
  • Apply Peppermint oil, 4-6 drops, massage muscles in circles up the spine, repeat 3 times each side.

Massage, Oil, and Compress

  • Massage back with Balancing Oils, use guest’s preference for pressure (20-35 mins).
  • Apply hot towel compress to spine & cover with dry towel and sheet, hot compress pack on top. Leave while massaging legs.

Leg Massage and Finishing

  • Massage legs with Balancing oil, gentle traction for each leg (5-10 mins).
  • Finish treatment.
