Organization and Objectives

• Adoracion Nocturna Filipina is a Catholic lay organization promoting devotion to the Eucharist and social apostolate.
• The Junior Turno is targeted at younger members, referred to as Tarcisian Turnos, named after St. Tarcisius, the Proto-Martyr of the Eucharist.
• Tarcisian Turnos can be established in parishes, governed similarly to the Mother Turnos of Adoracion Nocturna Filipina.

Structure

• Governed by a Parochial Tarcisian Advisory Board including a Chaplain and leaders from the Tarcisian Turno.
• Supervised by the Executive Board of respective Sections and the Diocesan/Archdiocesan Tarcisian Advisory Board.

Membership Requirements

• Tarcisian Adorers must be between 10 to 39 years old and meet specific requirements, including receiving first Holy Communion, parental consent, and knowledge of their duties.
• Must complete an application process, be sponsored by an active Adorer, and attend age-appropriate catechesis.
• Each Tarcisian Turno has a number registered at the National Office and claims St. Tarcisius as its patron.

Life and Death of St. Tarcisius

• St. Tarcisius, a 12-year-old acolyte, was martyred during the Roman persecutions around 258 AD while delivering the Eucharist to imprisoned Christians.
• He displayed bravery in the face of adversity, refusing to let the Eucharist be desecrated despite being mobbed by non-Christian peers.
• His remains were buried in the catacombs and are revered in various churches today.

Duties of Active Tarcisian Adorers

• Active Adorers must regularly attend vigils, participate in liturgical activities, and engage in social apostolate consistent with Vatican II.
• Financial contributions include an entrance fee and annual membership dues to support the Tarcisian Turno.

Officers and Structure Within Each Turno

• Each Tarcisian Turno is led by designated officers including a Jefe, Secretary, Treasurer, and various other roles to facilitate proper operation.
• A Tarcisian Executive Board manages higher-level administrative duties at the section level, while the National Co-Director oversees national appointments.

Responsibilities of Guardians

• Guardians are responsible for supervising vigils, providing religious guidance, managing outdoor activities, and fostering camaraderie among members.
• They support Tarcisian Adorers' spiritual development and guide in proper worship provisions.

Membership Classification

• Tarcisian Adorers are categorized into Active and Honorary members, with clear distinctions based on participation in vigils.
• Age divides Junior (10-18) and Senior (19-39) Tarcisians, promoting engagement across various life stages.

Disqualification and Advancements

• Membership may be revoked for non-attendance or unbecoming conduct.
• Members age out at 36 but can transition to the Mother Turno with sufficient participation beforehand.### Role of Tarcisian Officers
• The Tarcisian Master of Ceremonies guides Tarcisians during the Mass and Vigil, promoting reverence and dignity.
• The Tarcisian Flag Bearer symbolizes love for Christ in the Eucharist and must know flag display rules.

Qualifications for Tarcisian Officership

• Must be at least 18 years old and actively involved for one year.
• Should have knowledge of the Constitution and By-Laws.
• Female Tarcisians cannot hold certain roles like National President or Master of Ceremonies.

Tarcisian Advisory Board Structure

• Formed when three or more Parochial Boards exist, composed of various coordinators and representatives from each board.
• The Assistant Director serves as the head unless otherwise stated.
• Executive Officers are appointed for a term of three years.

Functions of the Tarcisian Advisory Board

• Coordinates activities for Tarcisian Turnos and implements general concerns.
• May create additional positions as needed.
• Holds monthly meetings to discuss operations.

Canonical Establishment and Flags

• Tarcisian Turnos undergo canonical establishment aligned with ANF procedures.
• Each Turno must have a specific flag with dimensions and designs prescribed by the National Council.
• The flag is blessed during ceremonial establishments and must be treated with respect.

Participation and Unity

• Tarcisians must participate in community activities with flags, badges, and candles.
• Regular vigils commence with a meeting, followed by Mass and Communion.

Special Vigil and Ceremonial Practices

• General Vigil in honor of St. Tarcisius occurs annually on August 15 or the nearest Saturday.
• Tarcisians renew their pledge during this vigil, complete with symbolic gestures toward the flag.

Spiritual Support for Members

• Visits and prayers for sick members are encouraged; vigils may be arranged for recovery.
• Masses are held for deceased members, with participation from the community essential.

Attire and Conduct

• Tarcisians must adhere to dress codes differentiating types of attire, with specific restrictions listed for boys and girls.
• Proper behavior during vigils is emphasized, with guidelines for actions, speech, and use of gadgets.

Vigil Procedures

• Specific actions like genuflection and silence are mandated during vigil times.
• Engaging adequately and respectfully during this sacred time is essential, avoiding distractions or undue actions.

Pledge of Commitment

• Tarcisians profess loyalty to their faith and commitment through a formal pledge, highlighting moral and spiritual dedication.
