Working Relationships & Employment Types
- Part-Time: Less than 30 hours per week

Employment Contracts
- Employment Agreement: Document outlining employment terms for new employees, signed by both parties

Termination:
- Employer must provide at least two weeks' written notice
- If employer cannot recall employee, it becomes a termination with severance pay
- If employee does not return after recall, they forfeit their job and severance
Lay-offs

- Duration of three months or less
- Duration of more than three months but not exceeding 12 months
Compensation Methods
