Applicant Requirements

  • A copy of the ID or passport, the required degree, a resume, and documents supporting any merits the applicant wants to be considered must be attached
  • Failure to submit the required documents could result in exclusion from the selection process
  • Factual, material, or arithmetic errors may be corrected at any time.

Admission of Candidates

Selective Process

  • Candidates are called to the exercise in a single call, those who do not appear will be excluded from the opposition phase.
  • After each exercise of the opposition phase, the selection board will publish the list of candidates who have reached the minimum score to pass it, indicating the score obtained.
  • Likewise, the place, date and time of the next exercise will be indicated.
  • Once the opposition phase is finished the selection board will publish the list containing the candidates who have passed it, indicating the place, date and time of the interview in the competition phase.

Competition Phase

  • Once the interviews are finished, the selection board will publish the assessment of the merits of the competition phase, indicating the score obtained in each of the merits, the assessment of the interview and the total score of the selective process.
  • Applicants will have a period of five working days from the day following the publication of said list to make pertinent allegations.
  • Once that period elapses, the selection board will publish the list with the final assessment of the selective process.
  • The selection board may require, at any time during the selective process, proof of the identity of the applicants.
  • Likewise, if it becomes aware that any applicant does not meet any of the requirements demanded in the call, prior hearing of the person concerned, it must propose their exclusion to the convening authority.

Passing the Selective Process

  • After the opposition and competition phases are finished, the President of the selection board will elevate to the convening authority the list of applicants who have obtained at least the minimum score required to pass the selective process, in order of scoring.
  • This relationship will be published in the Center where the places called are located and on its website, as well as in as many places as are considered opportune, with the first applicants of said relationship available, up to the number of places called, of a period of eight working days for the presentation of the documentation accrediting the requirements demanded in the call.
  • No more contracts may be concluded than the number of job vacancies.
  • Until the contract is formalized, the applicants will not be entitled to any financial compensation.

Probation Period

  • The applicants hired must complete a trial period of one and a half months, during which time they will be evaluated by the head of the destination unit.
  • In the event that any of the candidates does not submit the corresponding documentation within the established period, does not meet the required requirements, waives or the evaluation of the trial period is unfavorable, the position will be awarded to the next candidate of the relationship referred to in base 7.1.

Applicable Legislation

  • The labor laws of Morocco will be applied to this contract.

Final Norm

  • You may optionally file an appeal for reversal against this call within a month of its publication, before the same body that dictates it, or an appeal for judicial review within two months from the day following its publication.

Annex II: Selective process description:

  • The selective process will consist of an opposition phase and a competition phase with the exercises and assessments detailed below:
  • Opposition stage will consist of the following eliminatory tests:

General Culture Test

  • Corresponding to the required qualification level for the position called, of knowledge of the Spanish Administration and functioning of the Spanish Representations abroad, which will be carried out by the test procedure with multiple answers.
  • The questionnaire will have 20 questions.
  • Erroneous answers or unanswered questions will not be penalized. Each correct answer will be valued with 0.50 points.
  • It will be scored from 0 to 10 points, a minimum of 5 points being necessary to pass the next test.

Practical test

  • Consisting of the resolution of a practical case related to the functions of the position listed in Annex I of the call.
  • The test may be solved with office tools.
  • It will be scored from 0 to 10 points, a minimum of 5 points being necessary to pass the next test.

Language Test

  • Consisting of the drafting of a text in French and Spanish languages on a topic proposed by the Court, a direct and inverse translation to these languages in writing and a translation from classical Arabic to Spanish, also in writing.
  • It will be scored from 0 to 10 points, being necessary a minimum of 5 points to pass it.

Scoring

  • The score of the opposition phase will be the sum of the qualifications obtained in each of the tests.
  • The maximum score of the opposition phase will be 30 points.
  • The minimum score of the opposition phase will be 15 points.

Competition Stage:

  • The assessment in the competition phase will be done only to the candidates who have passed the opposition phase.
