Eligibility Criteria for Developmental Stuttering Study

Participants were eligible to participate in the study if they had a previous involvement with ACT interventions.

All participants had a speech-language pathology intervention within 3 months prior to enrolling in the study.

Participants were allowed to engage in additional speech-language pathology interventions during the study.

An SLP with limited experience in fluency disorders was sufficient to confirm a participant's diagnosis of developmental stuttering.

Participants were required to have no additional speech, language or hearing difficulties.

Descriptive statistics are reported separately for the total participants and participants treated by Therapist 1 and Therapist 3.

Table 4 outlines the number of participants who provided data at each time point for Therapist 1 and Therapist 2.

The tables demonstrate no overall group differences in outcome measures between participants treated by Therapist 1 and Therapist 2.

Descriptive statistics are provided separately for participants treated by Therapist 1 and Therapist 2 in Tables 5 and 6, respectively.

The tables provide descriptive statistics for each variable analyzed, but not the number of participants who provided data at each time point.
