User Login
- Users log in through a web browser using the URL: https://prod.cept.gov.in/employeeportal
- Login requires user credentials (username and password).
- The username is an 8-digit employee ID, and the default password is Dop@1234.
Home Page
- After logging in, users see cards based on their assigned roles.
- The 'EFRM' card allows viewing, assigning, replying, re-assigning, closing, and reporting alerts.
- Six cards are displayed per page, and users can navigate using page numbers, "<<" or ">>".
- Users can also type "FRM" in the search field locate the card.
- Clicking the ‘EFRM’ card displays sub-cards: 'Dashboard', 'View Alerts', and 'Respond Alerts'.
Dashboard
- In this sub card, users can view the position of alert statistics under their division.
- Clicking the "Dashboard" sub card displays a screen showing the count of: alerts assigned to HO/SDO, alerts closed by DO, and alerts responded by HO/SDO.
View Alerts - Divisional Login
- Clicking "View Alerts" sub card provides options: Assigned by FRMU (Pending at DO), Assigned by HO/SDO (Pending at HO/SDO), Reported Alerts, and Closed Alerts.
Assigned by FRMU (Pending at DO)
- This option displays a list of alerts assigned by FRMU to the Division, which await allocation
- The user can refine the alert list by setting criteria within data fields from the alert list, and can use date ranges to select alerts by time.
- The user can select the appropriate alert type from the alert type menu, using such identifiers as CSI, CBS, CIS, ALL and Other
- HO and SDO types can also be selected from each of their respective dedicated menu in the alert form.
- After the ‘Office Type' selection for HO, all HOs under the division become available; for SDO selection, the division's subdivisions appear.
- After setting the menu ranges, and selecting "submit", the alert list data will be refined based on the criteria of the submitted form.
- Each alert’s details can be viewed by clicking View Details in their associated column, and alert details can be downloaded as a PDF file.
Assigned by HO/SDO (Pending at HO/SDO)
- This enables users to view the alerts assigned to HO/SDO.
Reported Alerts
- This option allows users to view alerts reported for further investigation or due to suspected fraud.
Closed Alerts
- This option enables users to view alerts that have already been closed.
View Alerts - HO/SDO Login
- Options after selecting "View Alerts" sub card, assigned and replied alerts can be displayed.
Assigned Alerts
- The List of Alerts assigned by the Division can be displayed.
- Data fields, ‘From date' and ‘To Date’, and Alert Type are ways for the user to refine the alert data.
Replied Alerts
- The user can view which alerts have been replied to.
- Date Range and Alert Type are the selection criteria for which the list is defined.
Respond Alerts
- This sub card provides the user to respond for alerts by replying with the appropriate action taken by the division.
Respond Alerts - Divisional Login
- The options displayed are to assign alerts to HO Postmaster/Sub-Divisional Head, and Action on Alerts Replied

- This screen displays the list of Alerts required to be assigned to Head Office/Sub Division.
- The screen displays the two tabs “ View Pending Alerts “
- The other tab, 'Assign pending alerts to HO/SDO', serves to assign the alerts to the corresponding HO/SDO
View Pending Alerts
- The user is enabled to view the pending alerts to be assigned to HO/SDO.
Action on Alerts Replied
- These alerts concern which an action must be taken, the user can assign them for further investigation or close them out, with the HO/SDO alerts here to be replied to.
- Two options are visible, the first, ‘View Replied Alerts' shows users what alerts have been replied to.
- The second tab, ‘Action(Close/Re-assign/Report as fraud) on replied alerts', allows you to take action on replied alerts depending on the type of situation

- The user can close, re-assign, and report alerts based on replies from the HO/SDO, setting various criteria to refine the data.
- The Date fields, 'From date' and 'To Date', alert type and other specifications of the HO SDO can be set under each of the respective data fields.
- The window “Bulk Closure of Alerts” will be displayed once the data has been processed.
