Class Policies

• Attendance: Students missing more than 20% of contact hours will fail the class, following CHED policy.
• Academic Dishonesty: Cheating and plagiarism/copyright infringement; knowingly furnishing false information/falsification, etc., are strictly prohibited.
• Dropping: Only allowed after the midterm exam.
• Missed Exams/Activities: Unexcused absences result in a zero. An excused absence allows a chance to retake the exam.
• Course Requirements Submisions: All course materials need to be submitted on time.

Class Attendance Policies

• A table defines the maximum number of permissible absences based on the number of meetings per week. Fewer meetings mean fewer allowable absences.

Grading System

• The final grade is based on various weights for assessments like Quizzes (20%), Class Participation (10%), Other Requirements (20%), and the Exam (50%).
• Percentage weights are assigned based on Written/Skills-based Quizzes, Recitations, Performance Tasks, and Written/Skills-based Exam.
