Societal norms and cultural expectations often influence the expression and understanding of sexuality. This can lead to both acceptance and prejudice.

Sexual Education

Sexual education is the process of imparting knowledge and understanding about sexuality. This includes topics like anatomy, physiology, reproduction, relationships, sexual health, and consent.
Effective sexual education promotes responsible decision-making, healthy relationships, and respect for individual differences.

Key Components of Effective Sexual Education
