Bihar School Examination Board Intermediate Application Process

• Registration Number and Year: Student's unique identifier for the Bihar School Examination Board

• BSEB Unique ID: A specific number assigned to each student for identification purposes

• Student's Category: Specifies the student's category such as General, EBC, BC, SC, ST

• College/ +2 School Code: Code representing the specific institution where the student is studying

• College/ +2 School Name: The full name of the student's college or +2 school

• District Name: The district where the student's college or +2 school is located

• Student's Name: The student's full name

• Mother's Name: The student's mother's full name

• Father's Name: The student's father's full name

• Date of Birth: Student's date of birth is a mandatory field

• Matric/Class X Passing Board's Name: The board responsible for the matriculation or class X exam the student passed

• Matric/Class X Board's Roll Code: Code associated with the student's matriculation or Class X exam result

• Matric/Class X Roll Number: Student's roll number for their matriculation or Class X exam

• Matric/Class X Passing Year: The year in which the student passed their matriculation or Class X exam

• Gender: Student's gender, options are Male, Female, and Others

• Caste Category: Student's caste category, options are General, EBC, BC, SC, ST

• Differently Abled: Indicates if the student has a disability, options are No, Yes, Specify (if yes)

• Nationality: Student's nationality, options are Indian, Others

• Religion: Student's religion, options are Hindu, Islam, Sikh, Christian, Jain, Buddh, Others

• Aadhar Number: If the student has an Aadhar number, it must be provided. If not, the student must provide a declaration that they have not been enrolled for Aadhar and do not have an Aadhar number.

• Area where the Institution is Located: The student's institution can be categorized as Rural or Urban based on its location.

• Sub-Division: The specific administrative subdivision where the student's institution is located.

• Mobile Number: The student's mobile phone number

• E-mail ID: The student's active and valid e-mail address

• Student's Name in Hindi: Student's full name written in Hindi script

• Mother's Name in Hindi: Mother's full name written in Hindi script

• Father's Name in Hindi: Father's full name written in Hindi script

• Student's Address in English: The student's full residential address written in English

• Marital Status: Student's marital status, options are Married or Unmarried

• Student's Bank A/C No.: Optional, but students can provide their bank account number

• IFSC Code: Optional, but students can provide their IFSC code if they provide a bank account number

• Bank & Branch Name: Optional, but students can provide their bank and branch name if they provide a bank account number

• Two identification marks of student: The student is required to provide two unique identifying physical features

• Medium (language) of appearing in examination: Students can choose Hindi or English as the medium of examination.

• Subject details with their numerical codes: Students must select their desired subjects based on the categories:

• Compulsory Subject Group: Each student must select one subject from each of the two Compulsory Subject Groups (each worth 100 marks).

• Elective Subject Group: Students must choose three subjects (each worth 100 marks) from this group.

• Additional Subject Group:

• Students can opt for an additional subject worth 100 marks, but they must choose one that was not previously selected in either the Compulsory Subject Groups or the Elective Subject Group.

• Students can choose any one subject from the provided list.

• Some subjects like Computer Science, Yoga & Phy.Edu.and Multimedia&Web.Tech. cannot be swapped with any other subject.

• Note: All fields are mandatory except for the bank details (Sl.No. 30, 31, and 32).

• False Declarations: Any false declarations made by the student related to their Aadhar number can lead to the cancellation of their application and potential further action.
