Guam Driver's Written Exam Study Guide
- Driving on Public Highways: A privilege granted by the territory's courts.
- Minimum Driving Age: Fifteen years and six months.

- Driving Under the Influence: Never drive when sick, tired, sleepy, angry, emotionally upset or under sedatives or hazardous drugs; or if one has had even one drink - all of these are dangerous.

- Speed Limits: Speeds exceeding 45 miles per hour are unlawful.
- Unlawful Electronic Device Use: Reading, writing, or sending electronic messages while driving is unlawful; a fine of $100 may be imposed
- Heavy Rain: Turn on headlights during heavy rain for increased visibility.
- Skidding: Slowly ease off the accelerator, and gradually turn your wheel in the direction of the skid.
- Following Another Vehicle: Maintain at least one car length for every ten miles per hour of speed.
