These rules are used to simplify logic circuits and design combinational logic circuits. The basic logic gates used in digital circuits are AND, OR, NOT, NAND, and NOR gates. These gates are used to build combinational circuits, and their outputs are determined by the combination of logic levels present at the inputs

Combinational Circuits: Combinational circuits are built using logic gates whose outputs at any time are determined solely by the current inputs.
