Characteristics of Tinea Infections
- Tinea infections are also known as "ringworm" due to the ring-shaped appearance of the rash.
- Tinea infections are itchy and can cause discomfort.
Types of Tinea Infections
- Tinea Capitus: found on the head.
- Tinea Corpus: found on the body.
