First Section: General Terms
- Applicable to formal employees whether tenured or contractual of the Ministry of Education
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, the maximum experience depends on the degree, bachelors is 25 years, Master's degree is 30 years as of 1404/06/31
- Required to have at least a bachelor's degree in various fields listed in the employment record
- No employment commitments to the Ministry of Education under Article 3 of the Law for those Committed to Serve the Ministry of Education, approved in 1369
- Must have physical, visual, auditory, speech, behavioral, and psychological health.
- Marital Status: Must be married
- Should not have a fixed mission of over six months outside of the country.
- Must have a certificate of completion of service or exemption, completion of the bachelor's degree commitment by 1404/06/31, and a regular passport valid for at least three years at the time of dispatch, with no legal restrictions on leaving the country.
- Provide a certificate of no criminal record and no criminal history at the time of in-person evaluation and dispatch
- Ability to read the Quran fluently, earning the required score in the in-person evaluation is required
- Mastery of technology skills also needs to be assessed with the required points
- Familiarity and ability to speak english
Second Section: Assessment
- The assessment process for dispatch to schools and supervisorships abroad generally includes three sections: a written test, review of documents, and an in-person evaluation.
- The total score is 1000 points
(A) Written Test
- Written tests consisting of multiple-choice questions are held specifically for applicants to work in Iranian schools abroad in the announced fields
(1) Registration for the Written Test
- Candidates must scan a photo of themselves with the specifications outlined:
- A 4x3 photo taken this year.
- The photo must be full-face and must be in JPG format only with dimensions between 200x300 and a maximum size of 300x400 pixels
- Image should be clear, distinct and without any evidence of ink, staples or other markings
- Be sure not to exceed 70 kilobytes
- Make sure scanned copy is color with a white background
- The registration period will be from Wednesday, 24th of Bahman, to Saturday, 4th of Esfand 1403
- To register, go to the Ministry of Education website at https://my.medu.ir.
- The registration fee is 5,600,000 Rials, equivalent to five hundred and sixty thousand Tomans.
(2) Participate in the Multiple-Choice Written Test
- Test date: Friday, 1404/01/22
- The exam questions will be designed as four-option multiple-choice questions with a one-third negative score.
(3) Score of the Multiple-Choice Written Test
- The total score of the written test is 500, in which the score of shared section is 200 (with a 40% share) and the score of the specialized section is 300 (with a 60% share)
(4) Materials and Resources for the Written Test
- Information on the curriculum content, including the subjects and textbooks from various educational levels, will be considered in the test.
- A minimum of 10% of each specialized resource must be earned

- Applicant needs to have his references and documents from what will be shown on the future records of the Ministry of Education
C) Assessments In Person
- After the written multiple-choice exam stage will be completed in the city of Tehran, the in-person evaluation will commence
Third Section: Dispatch (A) How to Deploy
(A) How to Dispatch
- Dispatch of final accepted individuals will be based on the conditions, time of dispatch, and according to the passing score for the mission
- Failure by the final accepted individuals to comply with going to the location of duty will be considered a definitive withdrawal from dispatch, and these individuals will be required to pay all damages incurred to the Ministry of Education
- Participation in the "educational" and "orientation" courses prior to dispatch, which are held by the Center for International Affairs and Schools Abroad, is mandatory, and in the event of failure to comply with individuals, it will be considered a withdrawal from dispatch
(B) Points to Note During Missions Abroad
- Continuing education during the mission in the country or abroad is not allowed and is strictly prohibited, and the consequences of non-compliance with this matter are the responsibility of the individual, and the center will not have any responsibility in this regard.
- Living expenses are based on the principle of living in dignity for representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran abroad
(C) Life of Missionaries Abroad
- Living expenses adhere to the principle of maintaining the dignity of representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran abroad
- The Center for International Affairs and Schools Abroad is authorized to terminate their mission and return them to their place of service in Iran whenever an dispatched force fails to comply with the education regulations and the laws and regulations of the host country, the principles and principles of international relations, or cultural issues
