CTET: An Overview

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level teaching exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to check the eligibility of candidates for becoming teachers in various subjects and classes. Language I and Language II

The Language I and Language II sections test candidates' knowledge of language comprehension and pedagogy of language development. The topics covered in these sections include:

• Language comprehension: reading unseen passages, comprehension questions, inference, grammar, and verbal ability
• Pedagogy of Language Development: content and pedagogical issues
