Clear Commands and Cell Selection
- Clear all contents and formatting from a selected cell using the Clear All option in the Editing group.
- To select a specific column, simply click or drag over the column header (e.g., column B).
Copying and Moving Data
- Use AutoFill to extend formulas and formatting by dragging the fill handle from the starting cell (e.g., E2) to the target range (E3:E6).
- To cut and paste, click Cut, select the target cell (e.g., E12), and click Paste from the Clipboard group.
- Copy a cell (e.g., F3) by right-clicking and selecting Copy, then right-click the target cell (e.g., F2) to Paste.
- You can paste only a formula from one cell (e.g., F4) to another (e.g., F5) without formatting.
