Criminal Liability
- A person can be held criminally liable for a crime if they commit it:
- As an individual
- Jointly with another person
- Through another person, regardless of whether that person is criminally responsible
Types of Criminal Involvement
- A person can be involved in a crime in the following ways:
- Ordering the commission of a crime
- Soliciting the commission of a crime
- Inducing the commission of a crime
- Contributing to the commission or attempted commission of a crime by a group of people with a common purpose
Penalties for Criminal Involvement
- Any person found guilty of committing a crime under Sections 4, 5, and 6 of the Act shall be punished with:
