Study Notes
- Distractors in exams should be irrelevant or incomplete answers, not partially correct, and not identical to the correct answer.
- There should not be multiple correct or partially correct answers to exam questions.
- Questions should be essential knowledge, and there should be only one way to answer each question.
- If a participant fails a test, they are eligible for a retake, but if they fail again, a failure report will be sent to their company's MST Manager.
- Suspected cases of cheating should be reported to the MST Manager for investigation.
- Instructors must provide clear guidance to participants regarding the testing procedure.
- At the end of the course, participants will receive a hard copy and/or electronic certificate prepared by the training admin staff within 72 hours.
- MST training materials should be reviewed and updated annually, with input from instructors and managers.
- KPIs for the MST department include customer satisfaction, employee development, and annual evaluation of instructors.
- If a trainee instructor fails an evaluation, they may be given a second chance with additional training, but repeated failures may result in termination.
