Creating a Circle

Select the background layer

- Adjust the last Position keyframe of the Circle layer to the right
- Zoom in on the layer
- Create Position keyframes at frames 3, 6, and 9
- Duplicate the keyframe at frame 9 for added animation
- Select the last three Position keyframes, right-click, and choose Keyframe Interpolation
- Select Linear in Current Settings and click OK
- Adjust the Circle's position
- Create a mirroring animation by slightly chaining the Circle layer.
Adding Rotation and Motion Blur

Select the Circle layer, press Shift + R to open the Rotation property
