Appearances Page

  • Lists all people present during the deposition/hearing, excluding the court reporter.
  • Includes attorney contact information.
  • Individuals present who aren't attorneys or the witness are listed under "ALSO PRESENT" with descriptors (e.g., Mary Clark, Paralegal, etc.).
  • Judges are also listed under "ALSO PRESENT."
  • "Et al." should not be included on this page. All parties involved should be listed for each attorney.

Index/Exhibits Page
