What are the branding and funding source identification requirements for the County?
The County owns all rights to the name, logos, and symbols of the County. The use and/or reproduction of County’s name, logos, or symbols for any purpose, including commercial advertisement, promotional purposes, announcements, displays, or press releases, without County’s prior written consent is expressly prohibited.

The Subrecipient may communicate or publish information related to the Contract only if the Project Manager provides written approval of (1) the oral, written, or other content; and (2) publication or other communication of the content/information, at least five (5) days prior to Subrecipient publishing or communicating the content/information, unless a different timeframe for approval is agreed upon by the Project Manager. The communication or statement must also include an oral or written statement that the Contract and related program is funded through County, State and/or Federal government funds, and identify the specific funding source(s). All project publicity must include the statement: 'This project is funded in part through a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act, as allocated by the Orange County Board of Supervisors.'
