Sponsor Requirements
- Sponsors cannot admit students after 10% of scheduled classroom hours have been conducted.

- Sponsors and instructors cannot use class time to promote or sell materials or solicit affiliations or memberships.
Alternative Compliance
- Auctioneers, apprentice auctioneers, or a firm’s designated person may submit evidence of alternative compliance if they cannot attend a Board-approved course.
- Alternative compliance must be received by the Board by May 15th of the year when the required hours of instruction are to be completed.
- Alternative compliance must include instruction completed prior to license renewal.
