Alternative Compliance
- Auctioneers, apprentice auctioneers, or a firm’s designated person may submit evidence of alternative compliance if they cannot attend a Board-approved course.
- Alternative compliance must be received by the Board by May 15th of the year when the required hours of instruction are to be completed.
