• The IRS may request Form 2848 (power of attorney), but it requires a tax attorney, CPA, or regular attorney signature.

Tax Questions and Frivolous Forms

• A question was raised about handling frivolous forms.
• The advice was to withdraw the tax return initially and then decide whether to file a revised form after a few weeks.
• A withdrawn tax flagged as frilvolous will still raise flags on the account, and will likely require attention in the future, so plan on re-filing
• Goal is to stay ahead of the IRS
• Delay to beneficiary status to get solidified
• If a tax amount is owed, acceptance can occur on a 1040V which has it hit the estate
• Refiling or withdrawal must be done in the Dr. Scribble (authorized representative / trustee) because he would be filing as trustee of the security name

Proxy Communication with Government Trustees

• Clarification was sought regarding who communicates with government trustees.
• The proxy communicates as the grantor, ensuring the estate is managed correctly.
• Federal government / Secretary of Treasury acts as trustee
• The birth certificate transfers all titles to the grantor.
• The federal government is supposed to be the trustee the whole time, flipping the roles so we aren't trustee while they are beneficiary

Manipulation

• Concern about a woman claiming she would never manipulate someone in the group.
• Trust in the person is needed to navigate the potential statement.

Entitlement Order Discussion

• Discussion on endorsing birth certificates.

Entitlement Order: Rights and Obligations

• Clarification was provided on the entitlement order. The moment the Treasury receives it, you have the rights of entitlement over it.
• No obligation exists for them to reply.
• Need to communicate with them
• To see if they actually know what they did you are endorsing the birth certificate and sending it back
• People haven't heard about their endorsed birth certificates so they need instructions on what to do
• A trust document needs to be with the endorsed birth certificate expressing what they are supposed to do with it
• They can't hear certain people who are over 25

Taxpayer Owing Money

• A taxpayer owes the IRS money, the recommendation was to keep communicating with them and send correspondence
• Can taxpayer (prior to status change) do a bill of exchange to use their birth certificate to set off those? - No, there's to high of a risk (for entertainment porpoises)
• Important to come with clean hands, what is in people's arsenal to set things of?
• Stuck in that mess middle is a real thing
• While acting on the half of the trustee can an exchange to take place? It is risky
• Is better to set up payment plan to keep ball going and getting trusted agreement packet delivered
• It is possible to get into contact, either by writing a letter out by the phone, in order to work with the IRS to take care of what is owed
• You can be up front and try to make agreement
• Then need the status to be completely changed and everything to be in the system
• The authority from proxy from the settler can come until the trust agreement is in and the right forms are to the IRS

IRS Communication Strategies

• While you're trustee there needs to be communication like commercial security agreements
• It gives them enough time to deposit it and set up the account correctly
• No mention that entitlement orders were sent with that registered mail that was delivered
• Make references what steps are being implemented

IRS and Forgiveness

• A lot of contact and communication that has equity will influence things
• IRS will negotiate with them and forgive a lot of debt
