Irregular Verbs

• Verbs that do not follow the -s rule for the third person singular (he, she, it)

  • do: I do, you do, we do, they do, he does, she does, it does

Spelling Changes

• Verbs that end in -o, -ch, -sh, -ss, -x, or -z add -es in the third person singular (he, she, it)
• Examples:

  • kiss → kisses
  • mix → mixes
  • buzz → buzzes
• Verbs that end in a consonant + -y, change the -y to -ies in the third person singular (he, she, it)

Cambios de Ortografía

• Verbos que terminan en -o, -ch, -sh, -ss, -x, o -z agregan -es en la tercera persona singular (él, ella, ello)
